Terms of Service – 1to1000

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the 1to1000 platform, website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ehad Le-Elef Bishvilcha Ltd. (אחד לאלף בשבילך בע"מ), 10 Sirkin Street, Tel Aviv ("we", "us", "1to1000"). Contact: [email protected].
By using the Service, creating an account, or explicitly accepting these Terms in the in-app consent screen, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Types of users
- Property seeker — an individual looking to rent or purchase a property.
- Property owner or real-estate broker — an individual or business entity who uploads properties to the platform for purposes of rental, sale or marketing. This category includes both private property owners and licensed real-estate brokers. Section 7 below adds duties that apply only to licensed brokers.
2. Registration and account
- You must provide true, accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.
- Use of the Service is permitted from age 18 and above.
- We may refuse to open an account, suspend an account or delete an account at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Responsibility for content uploaded to the platform
This is one of the central sections of these Terms. You are solely and fully responsible for any content you upload, sync, or cause to be uploaded to the platform — including property details, addresses, photos, videos, prices, descriptions, documents, logos, contact details, and lead information. By uploading or syncing, you represent, warrant and confirm to us all of the following:
- Ownership or authorization — the properties you uploaded or synced are owned by you, or you hold a written brokerage agreement, power of attorney, or other lawful written authorization from the owner to market the property on the platform.
- Accuracy and right to publish — all details you provided about the property are true, accurate, current and not misleading. You will update the details in real time whenever changes occur.
- Intellectual property — you own all photos, videos, logos, text, and material you uploaded, or you hold a license or lawful permission to use them and to upload them to the platform. Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, reputation, or other right of any third party.
- Lawfulness — the content and properties do not violate any law, including Israel's Prohibition of Discrimination in Products, Services and Entry into Public Places Law, 5761-2000, and do not include personal data of any other individual without their consent.
- Accuracy of synced content — if you choose to sync properties from Yad2, Madlan, Homely or any other external source, the representations above apply to every synced property, even if not uploaded manually. We rely on these representations and do not independently verify the accuracy of synced data.
- Indemnification — you indemnify us, our employees, directors, suppliers, and shareholders against any damage, loss, cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees), fine, or claim that may be caused to us or imposed on us as a result of your breach of these representations, content you uploaded or synced, or unlawful use of the Service.
4. Use of artificial intelligence (AI)
The Service makes extensive use of AI to generate and edit content for you, including:
- Editing property photos (removing furniture, improving quality, restyling, replacing backgrounds);
- Generating and editing brochures, flyers, social-media posts, and marketing copy;
- Generating videos, background music, and voiceovers;
- Generating professional portrait photos and logo designs;
- Conducting automated conversations with prospective leads (our AI agent).
You understand and acknowledge that:
- AI output is not guaranteed accurate. AI models may produce inaccuracies, omissions, misleading representations of a property, or wrong details — even when your input was correct.
- Obligation to review before publishing. You undertake to review every AI output before publishing it to a client, uploading it to an external listing platform, or sending it through any channel. You must verify that the output matches reality, the law (including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981), and your professional obligations.
- Ownership of output. You own the output generated for you, but we reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve our models and Service (subject to the Privacy Policy).
- Release from liability. 1to1000 is not responsible for any damage, loss, consumer claim, fine, or complaint caused by content you created or published using the AI tools in the Service.
5. Syncing properties from external sources
- You are the owner of the account or branch on the external source, or you hold lawful authorization from the property owners to sync them.
- The sync does not violate the terms of the external source or applicable law.
- You take full responsibility for the accuracy of the synced data.
- If the external source blocks or revokes access, we may stop the sync without prior notice.
- I agree that 1to1000 may process, adapt, and modify photos, videos, and other materials that are imported, in order to present them on the platform and in the marketing tools. The rights in these materials, and any use made of them, are my full responsibility.
6. Payments and subscriptions
- Some Services are offered for a fee (a "Subscription"), in different plans.
- Payments are processed by Tranzila. Submission of card details is also subject to that provider's terms.
- Automatic renewal will occur per the plan you chose unless you cancel before the renewal date.
7. Additional provisions for licensed real-estate brokers
- Brokers law — you undertake to comply with all provisions of Israel's Real Estate Brokers Law, 5756-1996, and its regulations.
- License number — the brokerage license number you provided will be displayed on your public profile page and in documents generated via the Service, as required by law.
- Brokerage agreements — listing a property on the platform does not substitute for the written brokerage agreement with the client as required by law.
- Exclusivity — if a property is marked as exclusive, you represent that you hold a valid written exclusivity agreement and that this right is not breached.
- Accuracy of professional information — your license details, years of experience, areas of specialization and operating regions will be accurate and not misleading to the public.
8. Prohibited uses
- Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
- Harassing, intimidating, threatening, or harming another user;
- Attempting to access another user's account or bypassing security measures;
- Scraping, automated data collection, or reverse-engineering the Service;
- Sending spam or commercial messages in violation of Israel's Communications (Bezeq and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982;
- Any use that is unlawful or inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.
9. Our intellectual property
The platform, software, design, brand, trademarks, algorithms, models, documentation and code are owned by us or our licensors. Use of the Service does not grant you any rights in them. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.
- Our total aggregate liability in any case and from any cause shall be limited to the amount you actually paid us during the 12 months preceding the event — or NIS 1,000, whichever is higher.
- In no event shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.
- We are a technology platform only and are not a party to transactions between users.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or via the account settings.
- We may suspend or delete your account immediately for breach of Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.
- Sections 3, 4, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Israeli law exclusively. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to these Terms or the Service is granted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Notice of an update will appear in the application and on the website. For material changes, we will ask you to re-accept the Terms on your next sign-in to the Service.
